Lunch at AHS

Remember going over to the Alameda Delicatessan to get a paper bowl of spaghetti and then walking down to Tuckers Ice Cream for a cone. The spaghetti was a quarter if memory serves me right.

A memory in common in terms of the Alameda Deli (next door to the Alameda Theatre, right?), except my preference was "salami and swiss on a french roll with mustard and mayo." Also remember buying an extra french roll which was usually consumed during fourth period!

How about the Mac N' Cheese, then Boneiar (SP) bakery for a crispy, sugary palm leaf?

Hey guys, remember Lill's Pantry in back of the signal gas station? Greatest 25 cent hamburgers that I can remember. Also, before they tore down Percy Sniders' garage, the nickle coke machine he had. These will tweak your memories. Oh yea, how about the elevator in the Water building. I know there are even better examples than these. I'm awaiting your gems.
